[MiRoom] MIUI 12 V20.6.4

 Official changes:

• The security patch has been updated until June 2020 for some devices.
• Autoswitching between mobile networks has been optimized.
• Fixed cases where the subscreen fingerprint scanner didn’t work.
• The display of the control center during the call has been modified.
• Switching between SIM cards through the control center has been fixed.
• Fixed cases where the background became blurry when a pop-up notification appeared.
• Optimize the system and fix bugs.

 Changes from team MiRum:

• The browser version has been updated.
• The Synchronization switch has been returned to the control center.
• The state line has been fixed in the Settings section of the Wallpaper.
• The state line is fixed in album mode for Mi9T Pro (Redmi K20 Pro) and Mi9T (Redmi K20).
• Update patches and translations.
